Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a capable Data Center Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end data center projects in the APAC region. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage external providers, and oversee electrical and telecom fit-out for data halls, while localising standards and supporting site selection.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3+ years of relevant experience, with knowledge of APAC regulatory requirements in Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in project delivery for large scale data center projects (≥50 MW).
• Familiar with APAC data center building standards and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management of data center delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Manage data center providers for greenfield projects.
• Oversee Electrical & Telecom fit-out of the data hall.
• Localise data center standards including workmanship and design.
• Support site selection tasks in APAC and technical reviews for data center infrastructure.
• Collaborate with design teams to optimize data hall standards.
• Support local operations for post handover defect rectification.
