Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer Graduate for the Global SRE program (GMPT) with a 2027 start. Located in Singapore, you will join the Ads Infrastructure team to build and operate large-scale, fault-tolerant advertising systems worldwide.

You will design reliability architectures, DR solutions, and capacity plans while developing tools for monitoring, incident response, and resource management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Expertise in Unix/Linux operating systems and IP networking.
• Experience programming in Python, Go, C, C++, or Java.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ownership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability of ByteDance's global advertising systems and design reliability architecture.
• Design, implement, validate and optimize global disaster recovery solutions for ads systems and lead incident response.
• Manage infrastructure capacity for ads systems and improve utilization through performance optimization.
• Develop reliability platforms and engineering tools including monitoring, SLO management, risk governance and resource management.
