Job summary

Cogniviti Labs in Singapore is seeking a fresh graduate to join the Professional Services Team as a Solutions Consultant Trainee. This multi-disciplinary role bridges IT, procurement, and financial workflows, and provides hands-on mentorship on live client projects.

You'll shadow senior consultants, learn to digitise global supply chains and implement cloud eProcurement SaaS platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or iValua, with GRIT programme guiding your path to a permanent role.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; eligible for GRIT Programme.
• Exposure to cloud procurement platforms is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication in English required.
• Willing to learn and shadow senior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end cloud procurement project delivery under mentorship.
• Learn process mapping for S2P and P2P workflows.
• Configure procurement systems and support user training.
• Log bugs and track feature updates with product engineering.
• Support RFP data collection and technical specification preparation.
• Pursue professional certifications across major SaaS platforms such as Coupa, iValua, Ariba.
