About this Opportunity

We are looking for a Graduate Engineer (Commercial) within our Business Development & Commercial team. This is a full-time position based in our Singapore office.

Reporting to the Business Development & Commercial Manager - Subsea Solutions, you will assist in the development of project level cost estimation, as well as planning and technical input into both Subsea Services tenders and Cyan integrated services tenders. You will also develop and maintain internal databases of tendering activities, client details, and internal databases of key supplier information and act as an interface point for the operations and technical services teams to coordinate tendering support activities, and other divisions of Cyan as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a professional conduct that promotes safety as a core value.
• Ensure that all work generated for inclusion in tenders is to a high professional standard and in accordance with both Cyan Renewables’s and the client’s technical, quality and safety requirements.
• Generate execution plans, technical capability reports, case studies, and reports to meet the tender and client specific requirements.
• With support from the Project and Operations function, develop execution plans, technical capability reports, case studies, and reports to meet the tender and client specific requirements.
• Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of how Cyan Renewables operates within its core industries, and maintain an understanding of relevant technology advances within these industries.
• Assist with the development of new, or improvements to existing, tendering processes, in line with the Cyan Renewables IBMS.
• Assist with the development of new, or improvement of existing, sales and marketing material, in line with branding guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
• Early work experience in a relevant industry role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and basic CRM software.
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities.
• Industry relevant business management training (desirable).
