As you progress, you will take on more responsibility, engage with client personnel, and contribute to analyses of historical and pro forma financial information, supporting valuation and deal structuring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen.
• Passion for helping clients achieve potential.
• Able to analyse financial and non-financial information.
• Familiar with IFRS concepts.
• Good presentation skills; audit experience advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis.
• Transactions or auditing experience; client-facing background.

Responsibilities

• Help clients achieve strategic goals in M&A deals.
• Advise clients during due diligence to identify value drivers.
• Collaborate with EY service teams for integrated service.
• Work on cross-border assignments with EY offices worldwide.
• Prepare analyses of historical and pro forma financial information.
• Conduct industry and company research using online tools.
• Research technical accounting issues affecting valuation/structuring.
• Prepare reports and schedules for clients and other parties.
• Develop and maintain productive client relationships.
