Qualifications

• Pursuing university degree in Accountancy with demonstrated interest.
• Demonstrated passion in related work with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze financial and non-financial information to formulate views and conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Help clients achieve strategic goals in transactions (acquisitions/divestitures).
• Advise during due diligence to identify value drivers and challenge assumptions about future performance.
• Work with EY service teams to deliver an integrated service to clients.
• Likely to also work on cross-border assignments with EY offices worldwide.
• Prepare analyses of historical and pro forma financial information to assess trends and fluctuations impacting cash flow and deal valuation.
• Perform industry and company research using online tools and publicly available information.
• Assist in researching technical accounting issues to evaluate implications on valuation and structuring.
• Assist in preparing reports and schedules delivered to clients and other parties.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
