Qualifications

• Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computing or related discipline.
• Solid coding skills and system design capabilities.
• Proficient in at least one of Golang, Python, Rust, or Java, with hands-on AI coding tools experience.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and Agent architectures, with production Agent systems experience preferred.
• Familiar with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native infra; knowledge of distributed systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the core Agent infrastructure for the Volcano Ark platform, designing a scalable runtime and execution engine.
• Build core platform capabilities: resource models, lifecycle management, and OpenAPIs integration for reliability and scalability.
• Design and develop the Agent evaluation framework with benchmarks and analytics.
• Ensure high-concurrency, low-latency services with robust observability and performance optimizations.
• Stay at the forefront of Agent technologies and drive productization of platform capabilities.
