Job summary

RSM Singapore invites graduates to join the GAAP, a programme that develops multi-skilled, professionally qualified business advisors through rotations across core function areas. You will be mentored by senior professionals and supported to pursue SCAQ/ATP qualifications.

Throughout the two rotations, you will experience Financial Audit, Corporate Tax, Data Science, Advisory, and more, with a final option to specialise. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Accounting graduates (Bachelor's or above), fresh grads welcome.
• Technically competent, technology-savvy, energetic and adaptable.
• Good interpersonal communication, report writing and presentation skills.
• Versatile, motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across core functions: Financial Audit, Corporate Tax, Data Science, Advisory, ESG, Corporate Secretarial and Accounting Services.
• Be mentored by senior professionals to become a young leader with multi-disciplinary skills.
• Pursue Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualifications (SCAQ) or Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP) where applicable.

The role of accountants is set to evolve as digital transformation and concepts of sustainability begin to take centre stage across all industries.

The Graduate Accountant-Advisor Programme (GAAP) is a career programme by RSM Singapore to transform accountancy graduates with high potential into multi-skilled, highly trained and professionally qualified business advisors that can navigate the complex business environment and deliver impactful outcomes to our clients.

As part of GAAP, you will be rotated among various job functions, ranging from financial audits, tax, data science, advisory, technology consulting, corporate secretarial and accounting projects. You will be mentored by expert professionals in the field to become a young leader with multi-disciplinary skill sets, able to tackle the challenges of the future. You will also be given full support to obtain the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualifications (SCAQ) or Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP), as well as other relevant qualifications, where applicable.

• Accounting graduates (Bachelors or above) with less than a year of work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
