Job summary

RSM Singapore offers the Graduate Accountant-Advisor Programme (GAAP) to transform accounting graduates into multi-skilled business advisors. You will rotate through Corporate Tax, Data Science, Advisory, Corporate Secretarial, and Accounting Services, with mentoring and support to pursue SCAQ/ATP qualifications.

The role of accountants is set to evolve as digital transformation and concepts of sustainability begin to take centre stage across all industries.

The Graduate Accountant-Advisor Programme (GAAP) is a career programme by RSM Singapore to transform accountancy graduates with high potential into multi-skilled, highly trained and professionally qualified business advisors that can navigate the complex business environment and deliver impactful outcomes to our clients.

As part of GAAP, you will be rotated among various job functions, ranging from financial audits, tax, data science, advisory, technology consulting, corporate secretarial and accounting projects. You will be mentored by expert professionals in the field to become a young leader with multi-disciplinary skill sets, able to tackle the challenges of the future. You will also be given full support to obtain the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualifications (SCAQ) or Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP), as well as other relevant qualifications, where applicable.
