Job summary

Singtel Digital InfraCo – RE:AI is seeking an Operations Engineer to support the GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) platform in Singapore. You will participate in data centre operations, including air-cooled and liquid-cooled systems, electrical infrastructure, and ongoing SOP/MOP adherence.

Responsibilities cover incident response, vendor coordination, security clearances, and preparing monthly health and performance reports, with scheduled on-call work as required. Diploma holders encouraged.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and escalate incidents based on severity and SLAs.
• Perform hands-on ops with air- and liquid-cooled systems and electrical infrastructure.
• Participate in continuous improvement of operational processes for GPU-centred data centres.
• Coordinate and obtain security clearances for visitors and vendors.
• Manage vendor activities and ensure compliance with WSH requirements and site rules.
• Participate in on-call support outside normal hours when required.
• Monitor data centre facilities across power, cooling, leakage, and environmental controls.
• Maintain data centre documentation and incident reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical and process issues.
• Ensure SOPs, MOPs, and ERPs are followed.
• Apply power and cooling knowledge to support capacity planning.
• Coordinate maintenance and shutdowns with stakeholders and vendors.
• Prepare monthly facilities health and performance reports.
• Identify workplace safety and health risks.
• Conduct visual inspections of servers and cooling units.
• Troubleshoot servers with remote engineering teams.
