Job summary

Singtel Digital InfraCo – RE:AI is seeking an Operations Engineer to support the GPU‑as‑a‑Service data centre platform. You will contribute to implementing, integrating, and running day‑to‑day operations across physical data centre environments and related software systems for AI/HPC workloads.

The role involves hands‑on electrical and mechanical system work, incident management, and collaboration with remote engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Broad understanding of data centre electrical & mechanical infrastructure.
• Experience maintaining and operating data centre equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and escalate incidents based on severity and SLAs.
• Perform hands-on operations on air‑ and liquid‑cooled systems and electrical gear.
• Support SOPs, MOPs, and ERP adherence across GPUaaS data centre.
• Coordinate security clearances for visitors and vendors.
• Track and report data centre health and performance monthly.
