Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Support Desk Engineer to provide first and second-line technical support for our AI GPU cloud platform. You will troubleshoot inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to engineering.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of technical support experience in software, cloud, or infrastructure environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience managing support tickets and ITIL-like processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or infrastructure concepts.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming support tickets via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Provide timely, professional technical support following SLAs.
• Troubleshoot issues across GPU cloud platform, infrastructure, and services.
• Diagnose problems and escalate complex issues to engineering when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions.
