Qualifications

• Strong Linux command-line proficiency and familiarity with Ubuntu/CentOS.
• Experience with GPU hardware, NVIDIA GPUs, and data center gear.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting in large-scale data centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support for customers using bare-metal GPU fleets.
• Diagnose, triage, and investigate incidents, identifying root causes.
• Coordinate remote troubleshooting with Data Center Technicians.
