Responsibilities

• Lead the team to operate and manage the GPON network.
• Monitor and take remedial action on detected infrastructure faults.
• Manage operation issues and elevate complex cases to Vendors.
• Document all incidents through Incident ticketing system.
• Schedule and execute operation activities for new OLTs.
