Job summary

• Monitor and remediate detected services and network faults to closure.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to escalate and resolve technical issues.
• Document incidents and events using the incident ticketing system.
• Plan pre-planned operation activities for new OLTs and software upgrades.
• Monitor infrastructure fault trends and propose improvements.
