The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user‑centred software, adopting modern tech and Agile practices. 1-year agency contract, client-site work in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with .Net Framework/ASP.NET; .Net Core preferred.
• Familiarity with modern web frontends: ReactJS, Angular, TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools: AWS, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Partner with government agencies to build digital products for public use.
• Collaborate in cross‑functional squads with engineers, UX designers, and product owners.
• Champion modern technologies and practices to accelerate delivery and UX.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure continuous improvement.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and product ideation sessions.
