A reputable consulting firm based in Singapore is looking for a procurement specialist to develop strategies supporting operational needs. The role involves preparing ITQs and managing the procurement process, ensuring timely completion and compliance with public sector guidelines. Ideal candidates should have a minimum degree and prior procurement experience. This position offers a basic salary plus a bonus, fostering an environment for professional growth and learning.
Location: One-North
Salary: Basic + 1 month bonus
Develop suitable procurement strategies to support operational requirements.
Prepare Invitation to Quote (ITQ) and tender documents, and manage the full procurement process through electronic systems (e.g., GeBIZ).
Track procurement activities to ensure timely project and contract fulfilment.
Provide sourcing insights, contract management support, and spend analysis guidance.
Document lessons learnt and best practices for continuous improvement.
Support additional initiatives or projects as assigned.
Minimum Degree in any related discipline.
Prior procurement experience, especially in the public sector with Government Procurement guidelines, will be an advantage.
