Frost & Sullivan partners with MetaBrain to deliver governance-informed AI insights and analytics, turning research standards into software-enabled services. You will help ensure research quality, risk management, and responsible AI practices across data, models and decision workflows.

The role reports to the Head of Decision Intelligence Governance & Trust Engineering, working with privacy, security, and advisory approvers to implement practical controls and release decisions, protecting client

Qualifications

Strong record in governance, risk, data governance or related field with evidence-based writing.
Exposure to responsible AI, privacy by design, security testing or AI assurance frameworks preferred.
Entry-level governance specialists own requirements and assurance evidence with technical partners; not security engineers or DPOs.

Responsibilities

Govern evidence and permissible use; maintain dataset/model/workflow registers and access permissions.
Define assurance standards; design tests for claims, citations, bias and errors; record exceptions and remediation.
Translate policy into controls; specify role permissions, audit events and tests; support engineering with compliance checks.
Support accountable operations; maintain risk assessments, model documentation, and release evidence; report risks independently.
