Job summary

AVANADE ASIA PTE LTD seeks a Trust Architect to lead the evaluation and governance of AI systems, ensuring accuracy, security and human-in-the-loop safeguards. The role spans trust in AI and trust in people, emphasizing adoption design and capability uplift across APAC markets.

Candidate should bring hands-on evaluation experience with generative or agentic systems and a strong ability to communicate with technical and frontline teams while navigating evolving regulatory landscapes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across AI governance, model risk, security, responsible AI, or large-scale technology change and adoption.
• Hands-on evaluation experience with generative or agentic systems.
• Working knowledge of the APAC regulatory environment relevant to their market.
• Practical change and enablement capability with technical audiences and frontline users alike.
• Able to build trust with sceptical stakeholders and to say no with evidence.
• Comfortable in a role that is still being defined, in a track with no established internal precedent.

Responsibilities

• Design and run evaluations: define accuracy targets, build the harness, drive the system to target and evidence it.
• Build trust in the AI across evaluation frameworks, accuracy measures, security controls, governance controls and human-in-the-loop safeguards.
• Engage with stakeholders across APAC regions to foster adoption and capability uplift.
