Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Operations & Governance professional in Singapore to lead service management across government-related products and services. You will coordinate with government agencies, vendors, and internal teams to drive operational performance, risk management, and compliance.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, contract oversight, and experience with IT transformation initiatives to ensure smooth transition to BAU operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations, service management, technology delivery, infrastructure operations, or IT governance in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience with multiple internal/external parties.
• Experience managing SLAs, contractual deliverables, service reviews, operational risks, and escalations.
• Good understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, audit, and compliance processes.
• Experience supporting IT transformation, migration, or infrastructure refresh initiatives.
• Familiarity with procurement processes for IT resources, software, licences, manpower, or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Service Operations & Governance: lead governance and service management across products and services; monitor performance; drive improvements; coordinate with technical and business teams to resolve issues; ensure compliance with governance and security policies.
• Stakeholder Management & Reporting: engage with government agencies, internal stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners; provide updates on performance, issues, risks, dependencies, and remediation; develop management updates and executive materials.
• Vendor & Contract Management: manage suppliers to meet contractual obligations; conduct service reviews; monitor SLAs and deliverables; coordinate acceptance and escalation resolution; maintain documentation of contracts.
• Risk, Security, Audit & Compliance: coordinate risk, audit, security, and compliance workstreams; manage remediation actions; support governance reporting and audits.
• Procurement & Resource Management: coordinate procurement for services, IT hardware/software, licences, and professional services; ensure requirements and approvals are properly managed.
• Technology Transformation & Operational Readiness: support planning and execution of transformation initiatives; coordinate onboarding, migrations, and readiness activities.
