Job summary

NETS is seeking a seasoned governance and risk professional to drive a strong risk and compliance culture across the division, aligning with MAS regulations and internal risk frameworks while overseeing risk, compliance, and audit activities.

You will lead RCSA, ORE, KRI reviews, BCP testing, and MAS regulatory engagements, partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure governance excellence and effective control maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or Risk Management.
• 4+ years in risk management, internal audit, or internal controls.
• Knowledge of MAS regulations, TRM, AML/CFT, BCM, PDPA is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to drive risk and compliance culture across NETS business teams.
• Lead reviews of operational processes to identify risks and assess mitigating controls.
• Oversee RCSA, ORE, KRI reviews and BCP testing.
• Coordinate MAS regulatory engagements and inquiries.
• Direct division-wide readiness for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Coach and develop risk and compliance capabilities across teams.
