Job summary

NETWORK FOR ELECTRONIC TRANSFERS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced risk and compliance professional to drive governance across the division and ensure alignment with MAS and internal risk frameworks. The role oversees risk, compliance, and audit activities within NETS and collaborates with stakeholders across the three lines of defense to maintain operational integrity.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field, have 4+ years in risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, risk management or related field.
• 4+ years in risk management, internal audit or internal controls.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles and 3 lines of defense.
• Familiarity with MAS PS Act regulations, AML/CFT, BCM, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to drive a strong risk and compliance culture across NETS business teams.
• Lead risk, compliance and audit activities within the division and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Oversee RCSA, ORE, KRI reviews and BCP testing.
• Coordinate MAS regulatory engagements and inquiries for timely responses.
• Prepare for internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
