Job summary

UOB Asset Management Ltd seeks a Technology Assurance and Governance Lead to drive risk governance for cloud adoption from on-premises to Google Cloud. You will lead risk assessments, review architectures, and partner with diverse teams to embed risk management into the transformation.

The role requires 7+ years in technology risk or related fields, strong GCP knowledge, and familiarity with MAS/ISO/NIST frameworks. A conducive, fast-paced environment is offered within UOB’s regional platform.

Qualifications

7+ years in technology risk, information security, IT audit or related risk functions.
Hands-on experience with cloud transformation programs and GCP services.
Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, security assurance, governance methodologies.
Ability to communicate complex risk concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISSP, CCSP, CISA, or Google Cloud Security Engineer preferred.
Self-motivated team player who can drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead technology risk assessments during cloud migration from on-premises to Google Cloud.
Review cloud architectures for security, resilience, and regulatory alignment.
Embed risk management in transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Assess third-party and cloud service provider risks and monitor remediation.
Support governance forums and management reporting for cloud programs.
Ensure compliance with MAS TRM, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and internal policies.
Develop and maintain technology assurance frameworks and assessment methodologies for cloud environments.
Monitor cloud threat trends and regulatory developments, providing timely guidance.
