Job summary

Sciente International Pte. Ltd. seeks a Technology Assurance and Governance Lead to steer a transformation from on-premises infrastructure to Google Cloud.

You will oversee technology risk assessments, cloud risk governance, control advisory, and regulatory compliance activities. You will collaborate with technology, cybersecurity, architecture, data, and business teams to ensure secure, compliant cloud adoption across projects, while aligning with MAS requirements and international best

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology risk, information security, IT audit, or related functions.
• Hands-on experience supporting cloud transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of GCP services and operating models.
• Strong knowledge of technology risk management and control frameworks.
• Experience in cloud architecture, IAM, data protection, and resilience reviews.
• Strong knowledge of MAS TRM and MAS Cyber Hygiene requirements.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, and CIS Controls.
• Experience in technology risk assessments and control-gap identification.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology assurance activities for migration to Google Cloud.
• Perform technology and cloud risk assessments across project lifecycles.
• Review cloud architectures for security, resilience, and regulatory alignment.
• Partner with technology, cybersecurity, architecture, data, and business teams.
• Assess third-party and cloud service provider risks.
• Support governance forums, technology risk committees, and management reporting.
• Drive risk treatment plans and track remediation through closure.
• Develop cloud technology assurance frameworks, standards, and procedures.
• Monitor technology risks, cloud threats, and regulatory developments.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Has 7+ years in Technology Risk, Information Security, IT Audit, or related functions;
• Hands-on experience supporting cloud transformation programs;
• Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and operating models;
• Strong knowledge of technology risk management and control frameworks;
• Experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure, IAM, data protection, and resilience reviews;
• Strong knowledge of MAS TRM and MAS Cyber Hygiene requirements;
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, and CIS Controls;
• Experience in technology risk assessments and control-gap identification;
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills;
