DB Golf Center is a high-performance golf and fitness centre based in Singapore, focused on helping golfers of all levels reach their full potential through personalised coaching, technology-driven performance analysis, and holistic player development.

Built around the belief that golf is more than a sport—it is a way of life, DB Golf Center places equal emphasis on technical development, physical performance, mental approach, and the individual needs of each golfer. Its coaching philosophy is centred on finding the most efficient and repeatable way for each player to strike the ball, taking into account their unique physical capabilities and movement patterns.

The centre combines experienced golf coaches with some of the industry's leading performance technologies, including Foresight launch-monitoring systems, Swing Catalyst force plates and high-speed cameras, Capto putting analysis, and PuttView augmented-reality technology. This allows coaches to move beyond observation and intuition by measuring movement, club and ball data to create more precise assessments and personalized development plans.

We provide both indoor and outdoor lessons. We are well recognized in Asia for our winnings in juniors and Tour Players circuits.

Responsibilities

• P rovide one-to-one or small group training.
• P rovide coaching to customers based on specific needs.
• S upport customers in their training and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for Workpass Application
• Recognized golf coaching qualification or professional golf certification (e.g., PGA) is preferred.
• Previous experience providing golf instruction, coaching, training, or player development to children and/or adults.
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective one-to-one and small-group coaching tailored to individual customer needs and abilities.
• Strong understanding of golf fundamentals, player development, and the ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Experience developing individualized goals, training plans, and development strategies for golfers.
• Experience working with junior golfers and/or supporting junior golf programs is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish positive and trusting relationships with customers.
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, emotional maturity, and the ability to understand and respond appropriately to different learning styles and individual challenges.
• Ability to motivate and encourage customers while maintaining a positive, professional, and supportive coaching environment.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a coaching and performance team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers and coaching responsibilities effectively.
• Genuine passion for golf, coaching, and helping children and adults achieve their personal and performance goals.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
• Ability to contribute to the planning, development, and delivery of Junior Program classes and activities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with developments in golf coaching, player development, and sports performance.

Compensation $7,000.00/7,800.00/month + commission per sales
