Job summary

NTUC Club’s Golf Academy is seeking a capable Operations Assistant to support the Executive in charge. You will help plan and deliver academy programmes, manage registrations, schedules, and documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while driving outreach to grow MGK participation.

You’ll coordinate with coaches, schools, and partners, handle event logistics, and assist with reporting and budget documentation while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in events, sports management or hospitality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and administrative skills.
• Meticulous, data-oriented with strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, administration and delivery of Golf Academy programmes.
• Manage enquiries, registrations, attendance, schedules and programme documentation.
• Coordinate with coaches, testers, participants and service providers for smooth delivery.
• Arrange facility bookings, equipment, and programme logistics.
• Prepare reports on academy participation, membership activities and events.
