Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned software engineer for a Full-Time Contract role in Singapore. The position blends front-end and back-end work with 2 days of work-from-home and on-site collaboration in Punggol.

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React/Next.js, Golang and TypeScript, deploy on AWS/Azure, and work with PostgreSQL or MySQL. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in full-stack development and strong software engineering fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of software engineering or full-stack experience.
• Strong frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React and/or Next.js.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web apps using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Design and maintain backend services and APIs with Golang/TypeScript.
• Deploy and support apps in AWS and/or Azure.
• Design and optimise database schemas in PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Apply software engineering best practices across the lifecycle.
