Job Description

Scope of Role

This role will be reporting to GM of Jobstreet Express Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and processes, as well as collaborating with other functions and stakeholders to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage sales processes and systems to support the sales team in achieving business growth objectives across multiple channels.
  2. Analyze and monitor sales performance data, and develop insights to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  4. Drive for excellence in sales operations, including Leads generation/ distribution, Ads and Profile QC verification and Customer Service.
  5. Manage the sales forecast process, and work closely with the sales team to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and other stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  7. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  8. Develop and implement sales training programs and initiatives to improve sales team performance and effectiveness.
  9. Manage the sales budget and resources, and ensure that sales operations are running efficiently and effectively.
  10. Ensure that sales team members are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to be successful in their roles.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should ideally have the following skills, experiences, and competencies:

  1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Business, Engineering – other majors are welcome.
  2. 8+ years of experience, with a proven track record of delivering business growth objectives.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret sales performance data and develop insights to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
  5. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of sales professionals.
  6. Experience in developing and implementing sales processes and systems.
  7. Experience in tech firms serving SMEs and blue-collar workers is a plus.
  8. Previous experience in sales operations and/or management consulting is a plus.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  10. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint.
  11. Proficient in written and spoken English.
