Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Laboratory QA associate to manage GMP sampling across raw materials, intermediates and finished products.

You will follow GMP procedures, report issues promptly, support lab investigations, maintain 5S and EHS, participate in audits, and coordinate with QC, processing and warehouse teams to ensure compliant analytical activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in laboratory work within pharma/biotech environments.
• Familiar with GMP regulations and quality management.
• Ability to perform 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• In charge of sampling for raw materials, intermediates and final products.
• Follow GMP sampling procedures and report issues promptly.
• Support lab investigations and maintain lab safety and 5S/EHS compliance.
• Communicate with QC, processing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth analytical activity.
• Participate in customer audits and government inspections and address issues.
• Track work progress and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients.
• Understand pharmaceutical production, testing and quality management.
