Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking an HVAC / BMS Supervisor for a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical facility in Singapore. You will oversee operation, monitoring and maintenance of HVAC and BMS, ensuring environmental control and reliability.

You will review BMS data, alarms and trends daily, coordinate corrective actions, and support audits and change controls. A strong background in GMP, EHS, and vendor management is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HVAC experience in GMP/pharma/cleanroom environments.
• Proficient with BMS data review, alarms, trend analysis and reporting.
• Familiar with GMP documentation, deviation management, CAPA and change control.
• Experience supervising technicians and contractors.
• Strong EHS knowledge and safe work practices.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily operation and maintenance of HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, chilled water, exhaust, cleanroom).
• Monitor environmental conditions via BMS, trends, alarms and inspections.
• Review daily BMS trends and alarms to ensure compliance and reliability.
• Identify faults and initiate corrective actions.
• Prepare and issue daily HVAC/BMS reports with status and alarms.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with technicians and vendors.
• Ensure GMP environmental conditions are met (temp, humidity, pressure, air quality).
• Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Support RCA and CAPA for HVAC/BMS issues.
• Manage contractors to ensure safe, on-schedule work.
• Maintain SOPs, maintenance procedures, records, drawings, docs.
• Support change controls, commissioning, qualification, validation, requalification.
• Audit readiness and compliance documentation.
• Support audits related to HVAC, environmental monitoring, BMS.
• Drive continuous improvement via trend analysis and reliability reviews.
• Provide on-call support during emergencies.
