Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Document Controller II in Singapore to manage controlled GMP documentation and support quality and operational excellence. The role focuses on accuracy, accessibility, and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

Based in Tuas, Singapore, this position is a fixed-term engagement until 31 December 2026, requiring 4–8 years in document control within regulated manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Life Sciences, QA, Engineering, or related.
• 4–8 years of experience in document control or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience managing GMP documentation in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Familiarity with DMS and electronic quality management systems.
• Strong GMP, GDocP and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Excellent organisational, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer the DMS for GMP-controlled documents.
• Process document initiation, revision, review, approval, issuance, and distribution workflows.
• Ensure version control, archiving, retention, and retrieval per GMP and GDocP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reviews and updates.
• Provide training on document control procedures and DMS usage.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits.
