Qualifications

• Requires Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
• At least 1 year in chemical or GMP manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years in cleaning/sanitation with 1 year in a supervisory role (pharma/manufacturing preferred).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients.
• Supervise facility cleaners, ensuring adherence to schedules and protocols.
• Conduct training programs for facility cleaners on cleaning procedures.
• Manage resources and schedules of facility cleaners for efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee team performance through inspections and provide feedback.
• Monitor and manage cleaning inventory including agents, PPE, & equipment.
• Source and purchase cleaning aids and production items as needed.
• Raise shopping carts for consumables and manage deliveries and service confirmations.
• Conduct regular audits of cleaning supplies to limit wastage.
• Provide admin support to Bio department: onboarding, sourcing, consumables inventory, service confirmations, and document management.
• Enforce health and safety policies to minimize contamination risk and ensure a safe workplace.
• Conduct safety training for cleaning staff on safe handling practices.
• Promote Antaes services alongside client support.
