Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of directly related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years leading small to medium-sized application implementation projects.
• 2 to 3 years of Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation experience.
• Experience with Infor WMS strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global WMS implementation projects from initiation through deployment and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare and distribute weekly status reports to leadership and sponsors.
• Coordinate activities across business, IT, vendors, and implementation teams.
• Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution to maintain momentum.
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and align with objectives.
• Support testing, training, deployment planning, and stabilization activities.
