Tencent is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define the global utility app roadmap across Southeast Asia, LATAM, MENA, Europe and North America, driving AI-powered features and a rigorous metrics framework.

You will lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, marketing and operations, translating market insights into differentiated products and guiding launches while tracking retention, conversion and ARPU to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of consumer product management experience.
• Experience with utility or tool apps is a strong plus.
• Experience taking a product from 0 to 1 or scaling in overseas markets.
• Analytical skills enabling data-driven decisions (retention, conversion, ARPU).

Responsabilités

• Own the product roadmap across multiple geographies and release cycles.
• Drive AI-powered feature innovation and on-device AI integration.
• Define market-entry and product-differentiation strategies via market research.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
• Build and own the product measurement framework using retention, conversion, and ARPU.
