Job summary

SATS Ltd. is hiring a UKG Implementation Lead to drive the Time Management rollout across SGHub and potential EMEA extension. You will own the implementation plan, manage the partner and UKG, and ensure the standardized template is applied worldwide.

Responsibilities include leading requirements workshops, validating designs, coordinating integrations with SuccessFactors and payroll, and guiding data migration, testing, cutover and hypercare to a successful go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale UKG implementations (Kronos) or similar Time & Attendance projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across HR, IT, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own SATS-side implementation plan for UKG Time Management across SGHub/EMEA.
• Lead design and build of the Group golden template for Time Management.
• Coordinate design, build and testing of integrations with surrounding systems (HRIS, payroll).
• Oversee data migration, cleansing and quality checks for employee data.
• Plan and steer SIT, UAT and parallel pay runs; manage defects to closure.
