Coins.ph is seeking a senior tax leader to build and oversee the global corporate tax framework across PH, SG, AU, EU and other regions. You will review financial statements and tax returns to optimize tax costs and ensure regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will manage tax risks, lead audits, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advise on cross-border transactions. The ideal candidate is a CPA or CPA-Lawyer with accreditation and at least eight years of large firm or multinational

Formación

• CPA or CPA-Lawyer with Certificate of Accreditation as Tax Practitioner.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive tax experience, preferably with Big Four tax firms or large multinational companies.
• Experience building corporate tax structures and cross-border tax planning.
• Recent tax-related experience within the last 12 months.
• Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems; strong leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Build the global corp tax structure including PH, SG, AU, EU, and other regions.
• Review financial statements and tax returns to optimize tax costs.
• Monitor entities to ensure tax compliance and timely filings.
• Lead tax audits and interactions with regulators.
• Advise on tax implications of domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Collaborate with business units to align pricing with tax strategies.
