Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to partner with Global Supply Chain and Key Markets to drive cash management strategies, liquidity optimization, and working capital improvements. You will translate business plans into cash flow forecasts and ensure treasury controls across markets while maintaining policy compliance and FX considerations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related field.
• 8+ years of global corporate treasury experience in a multi-national group, ideally at a Group level.
• Experience in FP&A or operations would be beneficial.
• Preferred but not required: CFA, FRM or CPA.
• Systems experience, especially TMS (SAP ideally), plus SWIFT/banking systems.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Confident and demonstrated experience in owning and running significant projects.

Responsibilities

• Business Partnering: drive cash and liquidity management and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and drive cashflow improvements.
• Engage external providers (banks) to support treasury actions.
• Implement and monitor corporate treasury policies and controls.
• Reporting and Compliance: prepare monthly cash flow forecasts for leadership.
• Capture FX exposures in contracts and report for FX management.
• Support partners with bank guarantees, bonds, and other treasury needs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local requirements and stay updated on banking changes.
• Lead treasury transformation projects and develop new treasury tools.
• Deputize for Assistant Treasurer when needed.
