Job summary

Temasek is offering an Intern, Treasury (FX Management) position for Jan–Jun 2027 in Singapore. The role involves assisting in investment engagement, advisory work, and reporting, while supporting FX exposure management and hedging analytics.

You will work with the Treasury team to maintain databases, track hedge notions, and generate business insights using Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, and Python. Bloomberg proficiency is valued; independence and multi-tasking are essential for this fast-paced

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in Investment Engagement administration and advisory work.
• Support inputs to Investment Committee and business reporting.
• Assist in administering Temasek’s FX exposure and tracking hedge notionals.
• Maintain databases and generate regular reporting.
• Contribute to FX/Rates market analytics.
• Collaborate with Treasury team and stakeholders.

The Treasury Team seeks to enhance value and strengthen the organisation’s resilience by developing strategy, policy, structuring & raising debt, and managing liquidity, interest rate and FX exposures optimally for Temasek.

Through collaboration, partnership and objective advice, the team builds strong long-term relationships with Treasury’s network of stakeholders including the various investment groups, financial counterparties, bank lenders, bond investors, and the broader Temasek eco-system of portfolio companies and platforms.

Responsibilities

Investment Engagement

• Assist in the Investment Engagement (\"IE\") administration process for Treasury, including but not limited to:


• Assist in advisory work


• Assist in inputs to Investment Committee


• Business reporting
  


• Assist in the administration process of managing Temasek’s FX exposure, including but not limited to:


• Assist in tracking of FX hedge notionals and asset valuation


• Maintaining of databases


• Business reporting
