You will translate priorities into clear problem statements, drive value realization with urgency, and ensure cross‑geography governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in transformation, program management, management consulting, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives within large organizations, with clear accountability for business outcomes.
• Experience working within or alongside technology and data teams, with a working understanding of how technical architecture decisions affect business value and delivery sequencing.
• Prior exposure to the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into clear problem statements before delivery begins.
• Identify which problems are genuinely new versus already solved elsewhere in Chubb.
• Define success in outcome terms and ensure cross-geography alignment from day one.
• Drive execution and value realization for assigned initiatives with urgency and precision.
• Embed within business and technology teams to accelerate delivery and maintain momentum.
• Align initiatives to the transformation roadmap, architectural standards, and agreed solution intent.
