Responsibilities

• Support problem definition before delivery begins and define success in outcome terms.
• Embed within business and technology teams to accelerate delivery and maintain momentum.
• Align initiatives to the transformation roadmap and ensure cross-geography coherence.
• Monitor delivery progress, raise risks, and drive value realization for assigned initiatives.
• Execute change management and communications to translate initiatives into sustained adoption.
