Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree required or pursuing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured Commercial Trainee Program with rotations across supporting functions.
• Develop fundamentals of agricultural commodity business and gain market exposure.
• Present a business problem and develop a solution for the company.
• Progress to a junior trader role in the Global Trade Team upon successful program completion.
