CHINA ZHENHUA OIL TRADING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is hiring a Trade Finance Executive to join our Singapore team.

The role reports to CFO and collaborates with Accounting, Trading and Operations across Singapore and Beijing offices to manage trade finance operations and related treasury tasks. Key responsibilities include handling LCs and trade documentation, reviewing related documents for compliance, negotiating LC terms with banks and suppliers, and maintaining accurate records to support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Mandarin proficiency is essential for HQ communications.
Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day trade finance operations including LCs and trade documentation.
Review trade finance documents to ensure compliance with terms and regulations.
Negotiate LC terms with banks, suppliers, and customers.
Monitor credit facilities usage and mitigate related risks.
Process accounts payable/receivable and treasury transactions.
Maintain accurate records and support cash flow forecasting.
