Job summary

NUSABASE DIGITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Legal and Compliance Specialist to support commercial contracts, corporate matters and regulatory compliance for our Singapore operations and cross-border business activities.

The role covers drafting and negotiating a range of agreements, advising on compliance, and identifying contractual and regulatory risks while coordinating with external counsel as needed to ensure alignment with Singapore law and export controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related discipline required.
• 3–5+ years of corporate legal, law firm or compliance experience.
• Familiarity with commercial contracts, procurement, employment matters and compliance.
• Knowledge of Singapore corporate, employment and commercial contract laws.
• Knowledge of US or Indonesian laws is an advantage.
• Experience with US export controls and sanctions is an advantage.
