Job summary
Dualog Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join a global, ship-to-shore support team. You will handle 1st and 2nd line technical support, collaborating with colleagues in Singapore and Norway to ensure reliable delivery of Dualog software and services to customers around the clock.
Ideal candidates have a few years in technical support, strong English communication, and a hands-on approach to networking, OS, hardware, and email protocols, with a customer-focused
Qualifications
- Diplomas/Bachelor’s degrees/Higher Nitec in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in customer-facing technical support.
- Strong troubleshooting in networking, operating systems, hardware, and email protocols.
- Familiarity with maritime satellite communication and shipping is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for Dualog software and services via phone and email.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Singapore and Norway within a global technical support team.
- Work on projects and special deliveries as needed.
- Support the team’s primary delivery: Customer Success.
