You will own architecture decisions and delivery for our core deep-tech platform, collaborating with a Boston-based Senior Architect. Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading or managing engineering teams, ideally distributed.
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang, Python, C/C++, React, Shell scripting, REST APIs, MongoDB, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and technical design decisions for our core deep-tech platform, in close collaboration with the Boston-based Senior Architect.
• Lead, manage, and grow a distributed engineering team across Singapore and India, ensuring high delivery standards.
