Job summary

EY International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) offers flexible opportunities to hone multi-disciplinary tax skill sets, across corporate and international tax advisory, and transfer pricing. You will work with ITTS partners and lead engagement project teams to help businesses as they go through life, growth, restructuring and transformation.

You will be involved in cross-border multi-jurisdictional projects, identifying issues, designing tax strategies and implementing governance.

Qualifications

• Degree related to Accountancy/Finance/Tax/Business/Economics/Engineering/IT; CPA/CA or similar certification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience for manager role, at least 8 years for senior manager.
• Solid foundation in complex tax and/or transfer pricing advisory, international tax matters, BEPS knowledge.
• Open mind to lead with confidence, influence and inspire the next generation, adapt and perform under pressure.
• Problem solving, time and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement project teams on cross-border tax and transfer pricing projects.
• Advise on tax issues related to mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and BEPS considerations.
• Identify market entry/exit tax issues and design operating models and governance.
• Develop strategy aligned with clients' objectives, incentives and growth plans.
