Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment strategies and support multiple business units. You will partner with stakeholders, manage end-to-end recruitment, and source candidates through diverse channels to strengthen the company’s employer brand.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in engineering consultancy or professional services, strong consulting skills, and familiarity with Workday in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in engineering consultancy or professional services
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills and ability to build trust
• Proactive, consultative approach to recruitment and hiring
• Experience with Workday is a plus
• Ability to work across multiple business units and regions

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement recruitment solutions
• Manage recruitment and selection for multiple roles within assigned markets
• Proactively source candidates using diverse channels
• Build and maintain relationships internally and externally to strengthen the brand
• Drive recruitment initiatives such as employer branding, internships, career fairs, and talks
