Job summary

Surbana Jurong Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment strategies across multiple markets from Singapore. You will partner with business units, manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, and source top talent through diverse channels.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in engineering consultancy or professional services, with strong consulting and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of recruitment experience; ideally in engineering consultancy or professional services.
• Experience recruiting in Hong Kong and China is an advantage.
• Strong ability to establish and grow internal and external networks.
• Solid consulting experience and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and related recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment solutions aligned with business needs.
• Manage recruitment and selection activities for multiple roles across assigned markets.
• Proactively source candidates using SJ’s sourcing framework across channels.
• Build and maintain relationships to strengthen company and market brand.
• Initiate employer branding, internships, career fairs and talks.
