Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Sourcing Manager to collaborate with Product Development, XFTs and GSA to define and implement sourcing strategies for projects. Build supplier partnerships, manage contracts and align with ResMed's quality systems to enable scalable production and development.

You will drive best practices, leverage data analytics for optimization, and coordinate global procurement activities to support timelines, budgets and cost targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability in project management, planning and reporting.
• Ability to analyze data and build models for business solutions.
• Experience building strategic partner relationships and global procurement knowledge.
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier base management.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Global Supplier Alliance (GSA) within project XFTs.
• Develop and implement supply chain design and sourcing strategies with stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and GSA to identify technologies driving innovation and ensure supplier integration.
• Ensure sourcing strategies balance project needs with global strategies and market conditions.
• Lead supplier selection and drive contract alignment with ResMed QMS.
• Drive continuous process improvement in sourcing using data analytics.
• Coordinate supply chain requirements across global regions.
