Job summary

iQIYI, Inc. in Singapore seeks a talented Social Media Manager to lead international channels, plan content, research trends, produce and publish videos, and review performance to grow audiences.

You will independently edit videos, design visuals, and craft a localization strategy that expands reach across TikTok, YouTube, Meta and X. Proficiency in CapCut/Premiere is preferred, with Mandarin-English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Meta, X).
• Basic video editing skills with CapCut/Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with or strong interest in AI creative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kling, Seedance, CapCut AI).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to execute projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of iQIYI’s international social media accounts, including content planning, topic research, video production, publishing, and performance reviews.
• Independently handle video editing, post-production, and visual design to deliver high-quality and engaging content.
• Develop an overall social media content strategy that emphasizes creativity and localization, driving greater reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze weekly performance data across short-form video and social media platforms, including reach, engagement rate, video completion rate, and follower growth.
• Use performance insights to optimize content strategies and improve audience engagement and account activity.
• Explore and apply AI tools in content creation, including AI-assisted scriptwriting, voiceovers, image and video generation, digital comics, short-form dramas, and creative visual packaging.
